I've never tried a soundbar but this seems much cheaper/better quality than most deals I see around here.
Edit: It seems like value wise this bar is a better deal than the b550 but I can't help but feel I'm missing out on the baseyness which to me seems like it'd be more impressive to people watching the tv with me.
Any thoughts?
Personally I would go with the overall better sounding soundbar and see how to add a subwoofer if needed.

I thought Q series are supposed to be more premium than S series sound bar. Otherwise I don't know which one to get between Q60B and s61b

I think a soundbar with atmos speakers/a subwoofer or rear speakers like a Vizio V51 would be better if it's your main soundbar that you're going to watch movies/play games on, I've just been using mine for YouTube, TV shows, and light music and it's been very impressive. Will try a movie on it tomorrow to compare a bit better.
