Made in USA and I'm in for one, but wish they had some info listed on temp range.
Also wonder if the 'solvent resistant' correlates to 'oil resistant'.

Snip from a review on Amazon may be helpful:

"I used this on some exhaust components to fix a small leak and after curing, it's been completely leak free. No solvents for that application, but it also works well for oil pans, water pumps, and as an O ring replacement."

Thinking this may be a good item to fix some small engine issues in the future, lawn mower, weed eater, blower, etc.

Looks like most of the permatex red products are 650 degrees or higher, so this is probably similar.

Just out of curiousity, why is it not recommended for plastic to metal? I DIY repairs all around the house and this looked like a handy thing to have around until you mentioned plastic.
