It's was on eBay Bestbuy a couple of months as go for $200. But $230 is still a good deal. Good for work and game both. It's a little heavy for my monitor arm compared to other 32 inch monitors. Definitely good f brightness and refresh rate. Only gripe I have is lack of USB ports at the back and limited to only two input (HDMI & DP).

Thanks for your insight here. My son has been looking for a nice monitor for his college coursework and gaming. I wanted to get something with a refresh rate of at least 120hz for his PC gaming. I'm sure at some point he will likely connect a PS5 or Xbox Series X (whatever the kids are playing now). I may pull the trigger on this for a Christmas gift.
Bought this monitor in late September during the $200 Best Buy eBay store deal. I am extremely happy with it and have no complaints or regrets. I'd argue that even at $230 it's worth the price. I'm not a big gamer so I haven't tried using G-sync (not technically compatible[nvidia.com]per the site), but I've seen reviews of others using it with no issues. Overall, though, it's a quality monitor!
I had no idea people actually used monitor speakers. Wild.
The fact most monitors still have the build-in speakers says many people do use the monitor speakers. And yes I am one of them. This monitor itself is very good by the way.

Really? I have a Dell monitor with speakers and use it all the time. I also have HK Citation speakers in the room that allow me to cast from my computer, Elac Navis speakers connected to my computer via usb, and a Samsung 5.1.2 soundbar system in the room that I can also cast audio to. But the monitor speakers are often more convenient to use, so I do.
While technically true, I'm seeing like 40%+ with integrated speakers just glimpsing at a couple major retailers. So it's not like they're white bufflo or something obscure, I wouldn't call someone out because the needle dropped from 51% -> 48% recently or anything.
