I picked these up at Home Depot when on sale and I can confirm the Voltage Protection Rating is L-N 330V, L-G 400V and N-G 400V (it's engraved/molded into the plastic on the back of the power strip). Model # is P12U2

This is correct, it's embossed on the back of the unit I bought during black friday / cyber monday.
Line to Neutral, 300V
Line to Ground, 400V

What's so special about this? Just get the Best Buy essentials one. Normal price is $24.99 with 12 outlets, 2 USB ports and 120V clamping voltage.
Someone in the product Q&A said the clamping voltage is 400V.

Therefore BestBuy essential one is less desirable than APC.

And also the Best Buy one is only 1,200 joules.

How do you know it's not the opposite? That these brands aren't using rebadged APCs. This same model is rebadged as Monoprice and Amazon Basics. I'm pretty sure APC makes this and lets other companies reuse them with their logo. Also, it's been proven that this APC has clamping voltage of 330V. I think the ones complaining bought the smaller 8 outlet one which has the 400-500-500 rating. Most review indicate otherwise. I have the AmazonBasics version of this and I can confirm it has a clamping voltage of 330V.
Yep, here's the Amazon Basics version [amazon.com]. It doesn't have the USB ports, but everything else appears the same.

Also, that clear lighted "protected" indicator is super annoying if you are using this in a bedroom. I ended up covering it with black tape to get rid of the green glow in the room while I slept.

Wish it had more USB, it's amazing how many products require dedicated USB power ...

I guess APC don't design their consumer stuff anymore. This looks like a whitebox rebadged unit from
https://www.power-tech.com.tw ... also reviews states that clamping voltage on new unit is 400 / 500+ and not 330V.
This isn't surprising. Powertech manufactures surge suppressors for many brands including Belkin, Panamax, and Best Buy's Insignia. Any "design" would be relegated to a custom injection molded housing. The electronics are all generally the same save for the number of MOV's they choose to include (that's where the Joules rating comes from).

Product is now $26.24 on both Amazon and HD. It's also more readily available at HD (currently 2-4 weeks on Amazon) plus military discount at HD still makes this deal slick 😎
*edit: I picked up two!

Ordered it from Homedepot and it arrived in a few days with free shipping. Can confirm that Rating is L-N 330V, L-G 400V and N-G 400V which is engraved/molded into the plastic on the back of the power strip. Model # is P12U2 with 12 outlets. Question, Is L-N 330V good enough? What about L-G and N-G of 400V? Wouldn't all 330V be better? Also, don't like the power plug/socket…it's the 3 prong plug/socket coming straight out instead of the newer ones where it comes down or sideways to the wall or flushed to the wall. This means that you will need to have few inches of space/gap infront of the plug

its great for the price, to get 330v on all legs would easily cost double
