Today on the home screen of my 4k firestick, a slide showed up that had a picture of presents with numbers on them and that said "Steam a holiday classic! Here's a $6 rent or buy credit." When I clicked this, a QR code was showed up that put the credit in my account.

Thanks OP. I got it. Haven't rented a movie on prime, credits or not, in at least a year so im guessing that played in my favor.

Does anyone know where you can view your promo balance for prime video?

I was on mobile. Are y'all making sure the mobile app is logged into the same account as the email it was sent to? Initially had it on my wife's account and got a blank page

I can all but confirm that this is a generic link. It should tell you if you qualify for the credit.

It just came on my fire tv home as a slideshow in the form of a qr code. If your account doesn't qualify, you will see a blank page. If you qualify you'll get a confirmation page

There's the no rush summary under your account but it doesn't show the prime video credit. What does work it is to look at a rental/purchase and the price is struck out and the after promo credit applied price is showing.
