the price is low but the Nest Hub is slow too.

Please have expectation this is not any faster than a 10 year old Nokia.

I think they are trying to to phase this out and replace it with a Pixel Tablet + dock. The driving idea is you might as well put that tablet that's sitting under your sofa to work.

I have a 1st gen Google Home Hub and its fine. Are you telling me the 2nd gen is slower?

Bought the 2nd gen Nest Hub for $49.99 at Target for Black Friday to replace a Google Nest Mini I used in my kitchen. While it's obviously not as capable as a touchscreen/tablet... I wasn't expecting as such for $50. I was hoping for a Nest Mini with a touchscreen/clock/photo frame and that's exactly what it is. Only thing that hasn't worked 100% is viewing live cameras via the Nest Hub which seems to be 50/50 (not sure if it's the Hub or the connection with the camera API).

Yes this will work, I just tried it by saying "Youtube video Collective Soul December" and it played the YT vid version of the song, unfortunately it will show ad's Frown.
