I went to an atlanta area costco and noticed that the wireless authority kiosk had a sign stating that operations were being ceased at that location for an undisclosed amount of time. Unsure if other members have seen this at their locations or not. I am pretty new to costco so maybe this is something previously seen, I am just curious if others are seeing this or not.

I am still awaiting approval for the tmobile cash card deal. ConfusedConfusedConfusedConfused

On week 14 for my shop card..

Per Costco employee I am in touch with: The Costco corporate office took control of the list of all shop cards owed to members company wide on 12/8. They said that they are in the process of sending them out in the mail as soon as possible.

Costco is probably going to wait after all the holiday shopping passes before sending the cards out, then the card will be a reason to the store during slower times. I'm sure they'd rather have us use our cash now and then do some really unnecessary spending later because we got a cash card to spend.

C'mon lets gice them some credit here. They could have easily let us all sulk .. but they have stepped up. Taking over fulfilment of straight up loss will take some time in any corporate setup, different departments and managers will fight to find a scapegoat but we will be taken care of. I'm happy with that Smilie

I went into Costco to pick up my iPhone 14 Pro that Verizon shows finally arrived at my local Costco and discovered that Costco's wireless kiosks have been permanently closed. Even though my phone was received by Costco they were unwilling to give it to me. It is unclear what will happen to anyone who has put in a phone order or is waiting for a rebate from Wireless Advocates. Throughout the process of waiting for my phone I never received any notifications from Costco, Verizon, or Wireless advocates. It is also unclear if Verizon will still offer the same phone deal I received from Wireless Advocates. I thought Costco was a safe place to buy things and this experience has been shocking.

it's all costcos. Wireless Advocates, the companing runnign the kiosk ceased operations about a week ago.

This is great .. Costco is one of a kind and the king of in-store retail..

Quick question to the ones who received email ..seems like it was only sent out to those that are past due i.e rebate submitted 14 weeks ago.. correct?

Mine was submitted a few weeks back and I was prepared to wait until March .. would be great if they choose to pay out sooner and be done with it😁
