I'm pretty certain there weren't too many people taking advantage of these Costco deals compare to say Apple store and carriers, WA just isn't well known. Having said that I have no doubt Costco will issue these cards, recall during MoviePass implosion they issued full refund.

I think it'll be 14 at the end of this month. I was at least going to wait until then.

Someone posted a phone number for Costco corporate.

I tried emailing the rebate webpage, but they haven't responded to me after weeks. They did respond to me once in the past however.

I think if you are at the 14 week mark you are probably fine to make changes to the TMobile plan. Again, probably a risk at this point, but to me this is a downfall on their part now.

I haven't received an email so far so I called Costco customer service ((800) 774-2678). They were very nice, verified my contact information, and again stated that Costco is assuming responsibility for all of the promised shop cards.

I received following email from Costco on my email on file for membership on Dec 12, 2022

Subject: Important Update Regarding your Costco Promotional Shop Card

Dear **** ****,

Thank you for your recent mobile phone purchase from Costco.

We are aware that some Costco members have not received the promotional Shop Card associated with a purchase and activation of a mobile phone through Costco that are past due. We are working on a resolution to the issue.

Shop Cards that are past due will be issued to all eligible members as soon as possible.

If you have already received the shop card, please disregard this email.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We value you as a customer and appreciate your business.

I made this mistake once, the sales people were slow, rude, and gave me the incorrect information.

How you can sell phones and plans without being able to tell people what their bill will be, blew my mind.

Got to the very end and the price did not match the quote, went back the next day and returned everything.

I will continue to buy unlocked phones and be a free agent, it's been great

When I complained at Costco they said it was a common occurrence and logged it.

They got what they had coming.

I would say that chargebacks on the credit card may be warranted if you have an outstanding rebate

Just curious, is there any indication whether the cards were sent out by WA's rebate provider or Costco itself? On the mypromochoice.com website, has your status changed? And when did you do the promotion?

I have a bunch of rebates I signed up for around Nov. 22nd of this year and I'm hoping Costco fulfills them ASAP, I'm looking to cancel this plan ASAP...
