Paid full price on day 1 and have regretted it ever since. Gets stuck constantly, fails to get a solid charge, and does a poor job in following the map. Our Roomba j7+ on the other floor is 10x as good as this one. Spend the extra money and get something reliable.

Bought this last time the deal was posted. This thing can easily be knocked off the base and ends up not charging. As already mentioned, battery is small so if it didn't get charged fully, it'll run for like 10-15 minutes, go back to the charger, then SOMETIMES it would finish cleaning, but most of the time it would just not clean anymore until the next scheduled time. Cleans decent but I really miss my old xiaomi roborock.

Also, people in the past have complained about the wheels leaving black streaks on the floor by the charger. I haven't experienced this so maybe they already fixed the issue.
Lol, I love that two people somehow gave your review of this based on your actual experience a thumbs down. What's the point of this forum if people can't share reviews on products. It's not a good deal if it's not a good product. As Chris Farley said in Tommy Boy, I can take a dump in a box and mark it guaranteed.

searching the walmart site it looks like a few are on sale.

eufy has one with home mapping for only $100

https://www.walmart.com/ip/eufy-C...hbdg=L1800
I just bought the Eufy a couple days ago for $98 and I'm very impressed. I had also just bought a roomba i4 and compared them. I just sent the roomba back. It was way louder compared to the Eufy. The Eufy was slimmer too. I decided to keep the Eufy. It's done 4 cleanings and I'm very happy with it so far.

Just checked mine (which I love) and mine is also "up to date" on the old firmare. Any way to get the new firmware with multi floor and spot cleaning or am I just out of luck?
What is the version of your firmware ?
I am on 1.6.130 and have multi floor support but no spot cleaning.

From Wyze thread [wyze.com] it appears that we early adopters are on "beta" firmware and probably stuck on it unless they decide to replace our vacuums.

That's a $600 robot vs $150 or even $100 in case of Eufy... shake head

I have been using for a while, bought with a deal from Walmart for $165. After 5 months it started giving lidar sensor blocked error. It has a rotating sensor where the head is and gets stuck after a while due to dust and debris. Wyze replaced it right after I connected their customer service. They have the lidar sensor blocked as one of the reasons for requesting a replacement lol. I might get another one for the second floor at this price tho.

I can attest to the comments that recommend this product. I bought it on the Walmart deal earlier this year.

I have a small space so I cannot comment on the battery health. It cleans my small studio no problem. I did have initial issues with the docking as people mentioned but all it took was to adjust it to be flat against the wall and the problem was resolved.

It does a great job of maintenance cleaning. I cannot compare to another robot vacuum as this is my first but would recommend to anybody on the fence.

Hope they are not discontinuing it. Mine has yet to get the dual floor and spot cleaning firmware update. May pick up another one at this price for the second floor.
I did the same thing. I've owned a Roomba and ecovacs in the past and the wyze vac performs best overall for the price. App is great too

Do yourself a favor… open an amazon prime card for a $200 credit… and get yourself a Roborock S7 for $209 out of pocket.

Just a note to anyone, pick up model with lidar, in other words a model with the ability to map out your house. That way you can tell it which rooms to go into and what areas to avoid. You avoid 80% of robot vacuum problems if you make the map correctly. The other things to look for when picking a vacuum is the ability to replace parts. Every robot vacuum has a spinner that usually gets caught up in something, you need to be able to replace those as well as filters.

Have 2 of these and the s6, which is just a fancier version of these. They all work great. I'd go for this over s6, since I rarely use the extra features of the s6. trick is to keep cables and other movable objects off the floor

I never had a robot cleaner. Does this come with a charging station? How about self emptying?
