They will raise rates whenever they like even though they quote you a price for a year.
Customer service reps [retentions] will quote a price and then you will be billed a higher price, if you try to negotiate a lower rate and it's close to your statement closing date [end of billing cycle] they will start doing all kinds of strange crap i.e. cutting off your internet service and sending out techs to your home without your authorization.

I do not mean their internet service is good. But it is the best I can get. The only other option is ATT, who has much lower speed and more expensive price. Hope they have more competitors in my town.
As phone access to live operators is not an option with Visible, we wasted HOURS on their chat service trying to accomplish a mandatory network upgrade (Why is this MY problem?!)
Took the Wife's line with me as well.
Good riddance... and $15/line on Verizon's network is indeed, "slick"!
