Tried to order online, it still says $50 after $5 autopay. Why it is not showing $25?

Per T-mobile Customer service it will not show the $25 dollar nor the promo if you order online but as long as you order during the promotion period it will automatically get added to your account. User dishguy confirmed that indeed it worked, I included his post below for reference . Alternatively you can call, chat, go to a store, or reach out to T-Force on Twitter or Facebook to get them to place the order for you.

The plan and discount showed up after the device shipped. I ordered on 12/8. Device shipped 12/10. I got a text that the unit shipped. When I went in my online acct it was showing up. The first sentence of my previous post says what plan I have.

Have had this for a few months and it's solid
It doesn't mean they removed your area from service. It just mean their infrastructure can't handle more users in your area. Even if you somehow get around the requirement and signup, the speed in your area won't be as good when your area is "full".
Also you are not supposed to move the device out of your home location.
