I believe that these links were updated. If not, it's a duplication. Previous links provided here were defective, so I'm just making certain that the community has the correct links to access:

Will you need to unfreeze your credit accounts, for T-mobile to be able to check if you qualify?

I don't understand whether T-mobile needs to run the kind of credit check that fails if you've frozen your accounts at the three credit bureaus?

Just my experience. Both Verizon and TMobile home internet work great. TMobile said it wasn't available at my address so I ordered it to another address that was qualified and I had no issue using it at my home that wasn't "qualified". Between 150-200 Mbps down and 30 up consistently.

I switched to verizon after since my phone plan lowered the cost to $25 instead of $50. Verizon was also not available at my house but did same trick of using another address. Speeds are about 50-75 Mbps faster on the download than I received from TMobile. I was happy with both services and found them very reliable.
So you had no issues with a credit check that was NOT your own address?

Or you have 2 residences?

you also need to be on their coverage area so YMMV. I'm out.

You know a running toaster uses more power than anything else you can plug into an outlet right?
More than a toaster oven or your 1200W refrigerator?

Very strange that they say the service is not available in my area now (near Boston, MA) even though when I checked a few months back they said it was. Anyone else seen this, I imagine I will just have to keep trying if it's some internal glitch unless for some reason they have removed my area from the service.
Same thing in my neighborhood. It's probably due to many more additional customers overloading the closest tower.

It is because they place a limit on the number of users until the infrastructure can support more.

You can use a different address (relative, friend, etc.) to sign up and the internet will work in your area, but speeds may vary since the network in your area is "full"..
How do you pass a credit check for an address that's not your own?

So I have t mobile phone and I just did a speed test. Is this the same speed I'm going to get with the t mobile router or is it going to be better?

I just realized, what's big deal about this? We've been using $10/mo unlimited data plan on 5G router. Why pay $25 now?
