Pretty sure that was on the first page
Once I receive the new modem, I will call and cancel my existing service, and mail back the "old" modem. No mention of the $100 prepaid card.

If anything even if you try it out and it is not for you, you may be able to contact your current provider and inform them you are contemplating a switch to T-Mobile, and they may offer you a lower price for the service you already have.
