It is bill credits, the bill credits will not show up until 1-2 months and they will also back credit you the credits once they do kick in.

Only issue I had was it does not support Hulu Live TV as Hulu live TV has an issue with the IP address you get from mobile home internet. Maybe it has been resolved though.
