Great price but most of the reviews state it isnt consistant speeds and has frequent drops.

I wonder if this is portable as long as you have an oulet for power?

I had this from its inception, originally it wasn't too bad-as time went on the signal got worse and buffered like nuts, 3 TV's a pc and phone. I finally gave up after 7 months and terrible to non-existent customer service. The price is definitely tempting, btw, their newer modem was worst than their first, I had a pc fan underneath to cool it down, no difference.

If true it's a no brainer. I have the service. You can expect 100mbs-300mbs. Down time nonexistent.

Sounds like the exact same plan I'm under and chat said "you are not eligible for this promo because you are receiving government discounts."

Seems like a situation of the right hand not knowing what the left hand is doing.
That's a bummer! Don't give up..try a different rep! Good Luck!

Simple Choice with friends and family discount. I had to chat to get the $25/mo. Main page ad showed $25, but checkout showed $50. Chat person claims I'll also get $100 rebate Applause

Same for me. I signed up through chat instead of T-mobile website (it was still showing $50/month when checking out) and rep was able to get me the deal. I waited for confirmation emails, but they never came and then I looked in spam folder and they were there.
Do you see any reference of $25 per month in the emails you got. The first email shows the order information and the 2nd is the service agreement. I don't see any reference of the monthly rate. However the rep assured that the credit will be applied in 1 to 2 billing cycles.

I got the price adjusted to $25 with the first person I chatted with via the app. Luck of the draw I suppose.

does $25 promo price show at check out page???

mine showing at $50/month..
NO

It is bill credits, the bill credits will not show up until 1-2 months and they will also back credit you the credits once they do kick in.

Has anyone tried this as full on replacement for their home internet? I am paying $55 for AT&T fiber would happily want to switch to $25 if it really works. With AT&T I am on their lowest 300 mpbs plan but it work for both me and my roommate working from home!

Is this for everyone? I've tried a couple ways to start the sign up process, and I only get offered $50/month.

I test drive it for 2 weeks. Worked great for WFH, streaming, kids playing games, security cameras, etc.

Only issue I had was it does not support Hulu Live TV as Hulu live TV has an issue with the IP address you get from mobile home internet. Maybe it has been resolved though.

There is no downside to getting to and trying it. You have 15 days free trial.
