Since I'll also apply for the $100 rebate card, I assume i should wait the 60 days to get the rebate card, then cancel? Or is it too risky to do that and I should just cancel right away?

T-mobile website does not show my address in the drop down (one year old community); nearby community has T-Mobile Internet, so I called and the rep said it is not available in my address.
Has anyone encountered this issue? have any advice on how to get the service. TIA.
