Great price but most of the reviews state it isnt consistant speeds and has frequent drops.

I wonder if this is portable as long as you have an oulet for power?

I had this from its inception, originally it wasn't too bad-as time went on the signal got worse and buffered like nuts, 3 TV's a pc and phone. I finally gave up after 7 months and terrible to non-existent customer service. The price is definitely tempting, btw, their newer modem was worst than their first, I had a pc fan underneath to cool it down, no difference.

If true it's a no brainer. I have the service. You can expect 100mbs-300mbs. Down time nonexistent.

Thanks. I've had the worst luck today. I now have 5 different reasons from 6 different reps. I saw that many Simple Choice plans went through for people, so I may try again later in the week/
Go here: https://www.t-mobile.com/home-int...ernetDeals

If you see it, sign up yourself. The price will show $50 all the way through checkout. You'll get $25 credit each month.

You don't have to call/chat/talk to a rep. And even reps can't magically create a promo that is $25 by itself. These are all either $50 or $55 plans and you get a credit each month making it $25.

Thanks to everyone earlier who reassured me about when discount would show up. Just had to be patient.

12/10 ordered through t-force and nothing showed in account after. Later that day shipping label was created. Still nothing showing in account.

12/11 order still has not shipped but received email late afternoon - "You'e got company- Your account just got bigger. Thanks for adding new line…"

Checked t-mobile account on desktop (not showing in app) and saw home internet line added with discount properly showing.

So a little bit over 30 hours for me to reflect in account.

I have 6 phones on 1 account. I think they require you to have at least 1 line and I think there is some restriction about same address

Got my gateway today (Arcadyan KVD21). Initial test at 8:30pm on Sunday is slightly faster download than xfinity, much faster upload, and slightly slower ping. Speed testing about 320mpbs down, 120mpbs up, and 20ms latency.

At a price 1/3 that of xfinity, I'm pretty happy so far. Not as good as the 800mbps my phone will get on 5G UC, but not horrible. I hope these speeds stick and they eventually bring UC to the home gateway.

edited to add gateway brand/model

Why not ? T-Mobile is no contact based. You can cancel/return at any time, re-order at anytime.
or order for your second address....

Isn't home internet considered a line? That's my understanding.

This has been addressed many times in the thread. The promotional pricing ends if *any* line is cancelled on the account, including (existing) home-internet lines. This is clearly stated in the terms of the offer.

No, $25 the discount is based on existing a voice line. It clearly describes the voice line plan changes impact or on discount.
Or $50 home Internet without any strings

Based on what others have posted here on this thread the answer is no.

I got an email like that (you've got company) but don't see the discount yet. Mobile app still shows home internet as main account even though it shouldn't be.

Will see what happens when it's supposed to show up tomorrow and hopefully get activated. Willing to have some patience but don't want to let my account get messed up or somehow not get this promo.

Thanks for the info.

Had on Arcadyan kvd21 for 2 weeks back in August(200-300 down 60-70 up)...Had to try it ,because I still had that time Optumum internet...
Dec.8(4 days ago),just picked up Sagemcom fast 5688w to the same exact location, with on excellent signal, like before, but my internet is terrible(30-80 down,10-20 up).And when I connect my laptopwith a wire,it shows me a "globus"(no internet sign)
Did anybody experienced bad internet from Sagemcom, comparing with Arcadyan?
I have a lot of towers in like 0.03-0.2 miles, literally by the corner of my condo...
It's in NYC
Sage one supports more bands than the Arcadian one and it might be locking to one that has lower speeds. Sadly T-mobile doesn't allow you to lock it into a specific one so your next best bet is to move the Sage around to a different location and see if it improves the speeds on the band that it is using or it jumps to a better one.

You can also try calling and explaining your situation and see if they would let you switch to an Arcadian gateway.
