Tried to order online, it still says $50 after $5 autopay. Why it is not showing $25?

Per T-mobile Customer service it will not show the $25 dollar nor the promo if you order online but as long as you order during the promotion period it will automatically get added to your account. User dishguy confirmed that indeed it worked, I included his post below for reference . Alternatively you can call, chat, go to a store, or reach out to T-Force on Twitter or Facebook to get them to place the order for you.

The plan and discount showed up after the device shipped. I ordered on 12/8. Device shipped 12/10. I got a text that the unit shipped. When I went in my online acct it was showing up. The first sentence of my previous post says what plan I have.

I bought this service,.cancelled spectrum, used T-Mobile for three days, called spectrum back and said I wanted to sign up as a new customer. It somehow worked and I locked in to their low cost for two years 🤣.
While I had this, I had issue with zoom dropping out and vastly wild speed fictional from 3 to 300mbps at any given time. Admittedly, it was before it was generally available and I signed up as a beta tester.
