Tried to order online, it still says $50 after $5 autopay. Why it is not showing $25?

Per T-mobile Customer service it will not show the $25 dollar nor the promo if you order online but as long as you order during the promotion period it will automatically get added to your account. User dishguy confirmed that indeed it worked, I included his post below for reference . Alternatively you can call, chat, go to a store, or reach out to T-Force on Twitter or Facebook to get them to place the order for you.

The plan and discount showed up after the device shipped. I ordered on 12/8. Device shipped 12/10. I got a text that the unit shipped. When I went in my online acct it was showing up. The first sentence of my previous post says what plan I have.

I was throttled down to a lower speed ( last checked in at 148kbps. that's kb not Mb)
i couldn't even check email or get on any websites.
i called the tmobile service rep.
i can upgrade to the 300 GB or 400GB plan but will be $75/month.
not worth it. so i am keeping my verizon internet and tv.
t mobile internet is getting cancelled.
Safe to say, we no longer have the business account. But yes, under half a TB is not excessive for a month with a family household.
I am in south LA and speeds have been surprisingly really high with low ping as well.

I guess Hotmail able to survive while the company that offer free dial-up for email only didn't.
The only tinkering you need is to buy a Nokia modem from ebay for under $100, closer to $60,and a Cudy router for $40-50. That's pretty much most of the work, as well as signing up. Hundreds of people have done it for over 6 months
Edit: and 4 Nest Cams with 24/7 video recording
Might be a workaround for existing customers. So for now technically I have 2 internet lines...
