Also the amazon one has an additional super amazing perk! if people purchase $500 or more worth of items off of it, you get a 20% discount on all diapers purchased via Amazon for the 12 months following your baby's birth date (the due date you put into your registry when you set it up). You also get a big completion discount for items not purchased from the registry. This 20% diaper discount turned out to be awesome. It stacks on top of all other discounts. So if you watch for deals on slickdeals when diapers are on sale, you can do those deals and get an additional 20% off of whatever amazing price everyone else is getting. Highly recommend!

For freebies, my list is already included in your post. After trying a few "welcome box", I figured it is not really worth the time for what we get from the box. But I found one recently that majority of the health insurance provides you with a brand new breast milk pump for free. It depends on which insurance you have for which models you would get, but we got one that costs $250+ on Amazon for free. One should look into their health insurance website.
