One plan. One price. No strings.
Boost Infinite customers will have access to Dish's own 5G network, as well as the networks of AT&T and T-Mobile. The $25 price doesn't include fees and taxes or any streaming service perks, and speeds will be slowed after a 30-gigabyte cap. Customers must sign up online with a credit card or electronic payment. There will be a "soft check" of the customer's credit quality as opposed to a lengthy credit application.
"Boost noted that taxes and fees may be extra. The company says it is "taking a stand on pricing" by offering the $25 rate plan "forever." People who take advantage of the beta will be able to enjoy the $25 plan as long as they hold onto their Boost Infinite account and keep the account in good standing."

I'm not saying their customer service isn't terrible, because I had a nightmare porting in with them as well but my expectation based on what I had read here was really low. I don't expect a $25 a month prepaid carrier to provide the same level of support and international roaming as a $100/ month postpaid account.
Service wise I have been happy with Infinite (AT&T is good in my area) and as long as I don't have to deal with CS should be OK.
Boost Infinite is postpaid, not prepaid.
That's completely irrelevant as to being prepaid or postpaid. Thank you, come again.
I had SimpleMobile for 2 years, and it worked on that phone, in Mexico, just fine.
Support said they escalated my ticket. I emailed them every day, asking for a status, and there was none. I was there for 9 days, stranded without a working phone. They did not care, and when I returned to the states, they are now ignoring me and not responding.

You all may think I am making this up, but i can provide you e-mails and screen shots as proof.
Does this Boost plan give you more? Looking to move on from Tello.
