I was a huge proponent of this service at one time. The coverage is excellent and the price is low. However, their customer service is so poor that I absolutely would not recommend it to anyone. I spent at least 8 hours on the phone with them when I tried to simply move a line to another account. Instead of transferring, they disconnected the line and I lost access to it. You have been warned.

Xfinity customer support is bad, I have not received the multi product discount. Not yet received the $100 gift card. Have been following up for last two months multiple calls.

I saw the same issue so I called Xfinity Mobile customer service and had them place my order. They text you a link to review and confirm the order before they can submit. That page showed $200 prepaid card attached to my order. So I guess the only thing I may have lost is the $5 cashback from SlickDeals!

Oh man. It looks like they charge you $25/mo if you don't have their normal internet or TV services. LAME.

From the terms: "$25/line/mo. charge applies if Xfinity TV, Internet or Voice post-pay services not maintained."

That's some garbage.

If it pass 20 weeks and still didn't receive it, documents any call and tickets you open with Xfinity and file a complaint at BBB.org with details. I got call from Xfinity executive support department a day after I filed complaint and she help me to receive Visa card in mail two weeks later.

I think you need to call them to cancel the line. Or you can port that out to someone else, which of course cancels the line at xfinity (log in to account and go to devices tab to get port out pin).

Chat rep is saying since internet service is unavailable in my area, I cant move to xfinity mobile. I don't want internet, just looking for mobile porting from Visible. Strange...

Question:I have a number that I am going to port on 30th Dec (can't port before that) is it okay if I start the porting process now before 21st and actually activate the line on 30th?
