look at 3 attachments from when i did this deal a few months back.
in bay area , ca
when i had only 1 line.===>total was 16.44
when i had 5 lines===> total was 21.75
in middle when i added 2 lines on 8/24 and 2 lines on 8/26.
the bill as crazyhigh.
and this was after getting a 60 courtesy credit !!

Also does anyone know how to see the maximum number of lines allowed in Xfinity Mobile?
One other note, I also read you need to setup a voicemail PIN for Google Voice before you port it out. Apparently, the voicemail PIN is the same PIN you give to a new carrier when you want to port a number.
also initially I thought cb sites won't work for existing users but decided to try anyway for last lines. luckily they both tracked. so no harm in trying
P.S - The referral link generation piece seems to be broken on Xfinity rewards webpage - so this is moot as of now
