look at 3 attachments from when i did this deal a few months back.
in bay area , ca
when i had only 1 line.===>total was 16.44
when i had 5 lines===> total was 21.75
in middle when i added 2 lines on 8/24 and 2 lines on 8/26.
the bill as crazyhigh.
and this was after getting a 60 courtesy credit !!

However just as important, you need to port in a number within 30 days of activating the SIM to get the prepaid card. Personally, I would try to get the number ported in by 12/21 as well, just to be safe.
can i order sim using that phone by 12/21? and in case if the sim arrives after 21st, then will i be eligible for the offer?

Had to go into the store to get everything going again which was another headache because they told me I couldn't have the pricing I got online, so I had to reopen my account at a higher rate and wait for a manager to come in the next day to approve the online rate (which they obviously didn't do so I had to go back again). Oh and the phone rep would not stop asking me to upgrade my account... which he disabled. Overall would love to never have to deal with this company again.
1) If you do 5 lines, can you activate the 5 lines on one phone? - update reading through full thread now, supposedly you can activate online without phone - hope this is true
2) Do both the person telling a friend about this and the friend signing up get $75 or just the friend telling the friend?
