for everyone asking about taxes.
look at 3 attachments from when i did this deal a few months back.
in bay area , ca
when i had only 1 line.===>total was 16.44
when i had 5 lines===> total was 21.75
in middle when i added 2 lines on 8/24 and 2 lines on 8/26.
the bill as crazyhigh.
and this was after getting a 60 courtesy credit !!

lines 2-5 are not 15 each.
rather just the tax.

1 line was $16.xx. and 5 lines was $21.xx

For the bill when you added 4 lines, it shows as $27. But you say it was $52 after $60 credit?
Could you please advise how much will the bill be when 4 lines are added?
So $40 (activation fee)+ Taxes on 4 lines (~$12) + Other taxes on activation fees (???).
