"If you're transferring a number from Verizon Wireless, AT&T, Sprint, or T-Mobile, this usually takes 5-15 minutes.
If you're transferring a number from Cricket, Metro by T-Mobile, Boost Mobile, Straight Talk, or another wireless carrier, this usually takes 24-72 hours.
If you're transferring a number from a landline, this usually takes 3-10 days. "

GV is landline.
The phones I am using I bought used, so are from another account but originally Xfinity mobile. Shouldn't be an issue with the phones still qualifying? Both phones intially said they qualify when I placed the orders.

Also wondering how ESIM could work for this deal.. Could i enter ESIM IMEI for line 1 and phone IMEI for line 2 (therefore using same phone for 2 lines but diff IMEI's so different lines). Been playing around with the order but I cant find anything show where to enter or use the esim...
I have a bunch of unlocked tcl"flips" but apparently not eligible on X so I have to resort to active phones for imei's....this deal sounds like a dumpster fire waiting to happen with the horror stories but I just can't stay away....
- Order placed for 3 sims to port from GV - 12/15
- Received sim - 12/19
- Inserted 1GV to Iphone11, second to Samsung A50
- Followed online activation process 1)GV phone number (a/c number), PIN, address and name ->> ran into error
- Called CS and they asked me to Pay$3 to unlock GV number on google website (any alternative to this??)
- Paid and CS resubmitted request --took more than 1 hour --not good CS support must say
- Getting message - Activation in progress ---since 1 hour ---We're transferring your number from GoogleVoice to Xfinity Mobile
- Told it will be activated in 2-3 hours, Let's see

Question - does sim need to be in phone all the time ? anyone did this before ? For my third line can i insert sim to same phone ?Through out this thread, it has been mentioned multiple times that Google voice numbers are treated as landlines and can take anywhere from 1 to 5 days to port. It's not good to blame xfinity customer support for the homework you should have done about your existing carrier
