I was a huge proponent of this service at one time. The coverage is excellent and the price is low. However, their customer service is so poor that I absolutely would not recommend it to anyone. I spent at least 8 hours on the phone with them when I tried to simply move a line to another account. Instead of transferring, they disconnected the line and I lost access to it. You have been warned.

Xfinity customer support is bad, I have not received the multi product discount. Not yet received the $100 gift card. Have been following up for last two months multiple calls.

I saw the same issue so I called Xfinity Mobile customer service and had them place my order. They text you a link to review and confirm the order before they can submit. That page showed $200 prepaid card attached to my order. So I guess the only thing I may have lost is the $5 cashback from SlickDeals!

Yes.. once the sim ships out the website shows an option to activate the line where you provide the port in info.. this can be whatever doesn't have to match with what was provided on the order

Is it worth going for the BYOD $100 gift card deal? I have Comcast, but it's in another family member's name. Would the gift card be given to me or would it be under my family member instead?

Last time I try to cancel a line without activate it and they said they cannot do it, you can try and see what happen.

Ordered on 12/21 while the deal was active, and now the incentive tracker says only $100 with incorrect order date as 12/22. Anyone having the same issue?

Anyone ordered the lines on 12/21 and had the record showing up in the incentive tracker? The promo was supposed to be till 12/21 but the incentive tracker shows only $100 GC
