I was a huge proponent of this service at one time. The coverage is excellent and the price is low. However, their customer service is so poor that I absolutely would not recommend it to anyone. I spent at least 8 hours on the phone with them when I tried to simply move a line to another account. Instead of transferring, they disconnected the line and I lost access to it. You have been warned.

Xfinity customer support is bad, I have not received the multi product discount. Not yet received the $100 gift card. Have been following up for last two months multiple calls.

I saw the same issue so I called Xfinity Mobile customer service and had them place my order. They text you a link to review and confirm the order before they can submit. That page showed $200 prepaid card attached to my order. So I guess the only thing I may have lost is the $5 cashback from SlickDeals!

I had the incentive tracker showing BYOD $100 GC with the order date as 12/22, though I placed my second order on 12/21 night. Now it's mysteriously gone. and I see only the $200 GC with my first order date 12/16.

Good luck as customer care seems very bad. Struggling to get the eSIM activated with port-in. Each rep keeps confirming the port-in request is submitted and the next rep won't have any clue about it.

I'm having similar issue porting my number from Ting! Two of those number ported in fine....3rd one failed and reps just keep tetting it'll be done in 48 hours! Ting says they didn't get any order from XM to port-in! Roll Eyes (Sarcastic)

Update: Number is 'busy"...figures

Update #2: Got through to a nice lady...my BYOD still hasn't shown up in the tracker and it's been almost 3 weeks. She said she's been seeing this issue all day and thinks there is just some delay in the system processing the rewards from showing on the dashboard, and told me to keep an eye on it and contact them again towards the end of the 90 days if I am still not seeing it. She was able to verify that my line was indeed showing in her system, and met the requirements for the "Q422 BYOD 200" promo, pending the 90 days term.

I also asked her about using IMEI's previously used for these promos and she confirmed that they track them and if the IMEI was previously paid out on, it would disqualify the reward. FWIW, the device I used was originally from XM as a "free after 24 months" deal which was unlocked and removed from my account once I rec'd all of the device credits, and she said that the IMEI was not showing as previously paid out on, so it should be fine. Fingers crossed/YMMV.

Is the $100 GC promo worth the headache with Xfinity Mobile? They shipped me a SIM card, but their site didn't show the promo was applied to my account.

I am looking at going with Xfinity Mobile for the promo only or maybe going with Visible or T-Mobile prepaid for $15/month types of plans.

I ordered my SIM over the phone expecting them to send me a text or email to properly confirm the order.

They never did that and told me they saw the promo applied on their end and to wait for my SIM to come in person before I can see if the promo was available on my end.

I have the SIM, but never activated it. What should I do?

They will start charging you 14 days after they ship the SIM even you didn't activate it, so if you decide not going to use it, you better call them and cancel it, good luck.

Their tracking system is useless, I had rebated show up and even mentioned valid and ship in 7-14 days, while I check later after 14 days, information completely disappeared from tracking website, it didn't mention invalid, the entry just completely disappeared.
