look at 3 attachments from when i did this deal a few months back.
in bay area , ca
when i had only 1 line.===>total was 16.44
when i had 5 lines===> total was 21.75
in middle when i added 2 lines on 8/24 and 2 lines on 8/26.
the bill as crazyhigh.
and this was after getting a 60 courtesy credit !!

Uggh,time to fight with them now
I'm having similar issue porting my number from Ting! Two of those number ported in fine....3rd one failed and reps just keep tetting it'll be done in 48 hours! Ting says they didn't get any order from XM to port-in!

Update #2: Got through to a nice lady...my BYOD still hasn't shown up in the tracker and it's been almost 3 weeks. She said she's been seeing this issue all day and thinks there is just some delay in the system processing the rewards from showing on the dashboard, and told me to keep an eye on it and contact them again towards the end of the 90 days if I am still not seeing it. She was able to verify that my line was indeed showing in her system, and met the requirements for the "Q422 BYOD 200" promo, pending the 90 days term.
I also asked her about using IMEI's previously used for these promos and she confirmed that they track them and if the IMEI was previously paid out on, it would disqualify the reward. FWIW, the device I used was originally from XM as a "free after 24 months" deal which was unlocked and removed from my account once I rec'd all of the device credits, and she said that the IMEI was not showing as previously paid out on, so it should be fine. Fingers crossed/YMMV.

They never did that and told me they saw the promo applied on their end and to wait for my SIM to come in person before I can see if the promo was available on my end.
