For my work (data analyst), multicore processor is important, and the difference between 11th and 12th gen is huge!
There was a brief time I had two LG Grams (11th and 12th gen), both 17 inch. For a normal task (word processing, remote meeting, etc.), they were about the same.
Personally, I would return/sell 11th gen laptop and get the 12th gen.

I was going to post the same thing...QHD uses more power than FHD.
So if used for travel, the FHD is likely better unless you have specific needs for QHD.
Trying to decide if this would be better than the lenovo slim 7i carbon deal a while back? same cpu, ram & storage.. Lenovo has touch screen, only 2 usb-c ports and is slimmer/lighter/smaller

This one is 16:10. And more portable.
None touch killed this deal for me.

I'm trying to decide between the 14 and the 15.6 inch. Why is 16:10 better than 16:9?
