OWC sold me counterfeit "re-packaged" apple magsafe chargers. Looked totally genuine, but after careful inspection turned out to be a fake.

Turns out, they've been reported by many other people as well for this practice. I don't know about their other products, but their "repackaged" magsafe chargers were definitely counterfeit.

I got a counterfeit MagSafe charger from Woot, and it was in perfect OEM-style packaging. Even had a serial number on the cable itself. The main way I found it was fake - it's not recognized by iOS and as such can't get any firmware updates.

This seems like a good price for the white one. I looked up the site and they seem legit but my first encounter with them. Has anyone purchased from them? Will other retailers like Best Buy price match them?

The black one is also available but it's currently 219. I paid 198 right before thanksgiving so it may come back down. BB might price match but OWC is quite popular in the apple mac sphere.

Amazing deal on the white keyboard, just canceled ,amazon order (was $271 after tax there) as it hadn't shipped yet. Also no tax & free shipping!

I bought one on Sunday and got it yesterday. It was brand new and works perfectly. I am very satisfied with the experience buying from them.

It tends to be state taxes if they have physical location in that state. I'm in Missouri but I believe they have locations in Illinois, Texas, & Nevada so likely taxes if shipping to there. But I just checked their website: https://eshop.macsales.com/support/sales-tax

Just be aware that this keyboard doesn't have Apple warranty, instead OWC has its own 1 year warranty. I checked and confirmed with one of their customer service representatives.
