The 20" Global magnetic storage bar sells for $136, alone. The 8" Global Chef's Knife sells for around $100 at most retailers. So, the chef's knife and the Global magnetic rack, alone, are probably worth over $200. $80 more for 3 more Global knives seems like a pretty good deal.

I've had these knives for 10 years and the dimples do not collect dirt. They are shallow and smooth and the entire knife is extremely hygienic, having no joints or laminations.
