You might want to click on verified purchases and then filter by most recent. From the 1st 23 reviews: 12 are exactly 5 stars while 11 are 3 stars or less. The big complaint with a lot of bad reviews are that there is no distinct cookie flavor, which would seemingly be the reason to try these k cups.
