Found on the clearance shelf marked down to $135, asked the associate to check the price and they told me it showed $150 so I would want to keep the $135 tag so I could get it for that price. Finally just checked myself at the self checkout and it rang up for $45.

"Limited quantities" at HD for Brickseek usually means 1. If more than that then it usually shows a number. So maybe. Could be there. Could be a miscount. Could have been sold and not yet updated.
Could find 3 there. Etc. Won't know until you get there.

I was really hoping for the $63.03 version, since it ships with the 4 wire to 5 pin adapter. I currently only have 4 wires, but I waited a day too long, since the Carrollton store, which I planned to visit a couple days ago just sold the last of the higher version last night.

I picked one of these cheaper units up at the C. Plano TX store on Parker Rd. There was one more early this afternoon, but did not have any of the higher level units..

FYI - The East Plano store did not have either today.

I had a 9,000 sq.ft house with 4 furnaces and ACs so I am super curious why he needs 16 of these? Even if he actually needs that many buying them all up from multiple stores is in poor taste.

Went to three stores, they checked everywhere, the clearance area, the thermostat aisle and the cages by the register and nothing, they all were listed as one in stock on their system. at the very last store I noticed two black boxes outside the cages way on top as the guy was waving me goodbye. Turns out it was two of the $63 deal. I shed a single tear, I never get these deals. Thanks for keeping my hopes up OP.

**I had seen the other post for the $63 ecobee model but brickseek and the hd site said no stock in 100 mile raidius. So while extreme ymmv, do check your local HD. Specially by the cages.
