Advice on which smart watch to purchase for Android user?

Good morning,
I need advice on which type of Android cell phone to purchase my sister. She is using a walker and one day she fell in her yard and had no way of contacting anyone because she had her phone in her bag in the car.
Anyway, she is an android user. She has verizon cell phone service. I would like to buy her a smart watch so that she can call us if she ever falls down again and to answer short texts from people. She isn't good about answering texts or phone calls but might do better if she has the watch on her wrist lol.
She doesn't need a lot of bells and whistles but the phone definitely needs to be cellular.

Cellular watches cost quite a bit more. A bluetooth watch may get the job done if her phone isn't too far..
Some watches have a fall detection feature, something to research. Sometimes they charge extra to use this and i'm sure how well it works varies.
Note: Only watches with the latest software version can use fall detection.
After a fall, your watch will alert you for 60 seconds with a popup, sound, and vibration. You can cancel the alert or swipe to send the SOS right away. If you don't respond for 60 seconds, SOS messages will be sent to the emergency contacts you set in the Galaxy Wearable app.
