Along with the bundles, I think these can be from those collector editions too where they now give Digital codes instead of disc. If you check grey market, you would mostly find only such bundled games for playstation.

Fun fact - I do remember some old cart prices growing up in the snes / sega era. I recall some snes games were like $70. Sega Phantasy Star 4 was a whopping $100.
