No MicroSD card, so you're stuck with a paltry 64gb of storage (around a third of which the OS requires). No consumer changeable battery. No headphone jack. Uses non-standard and discontinued "Lightning" connector (instead of industry standard USB-"C").
Real world usage: the battery is actually pretty small, similarly to the device itself. Depending on usage, you may find that even with light/casual use, the device doesn't last an entire day. Compare this to budget 6.5" "Androids", which can easily last 3+ days with very light use. And many of those still have MicroSD card slots + headphone jacks.
