Good Deal, these "stubby" ratcheting wrenches have saved me many times when a regular socket/wrench doesn't fit. Thank you OP

I saw someone else said their order was cancelled, but I was able to snag free shipping. The discount shows up during checkout.

Assuming they don't cancel on me this is a really good deal.

Here are the sizes included as well from a comment on the page:

Are the stubbies really worth it? I got the 20 piece from Amazon but just wondering if it's worth returning for the extra 12 stubbies

The stubbies are nice to have when you need two of the same size at one time...such as holding a bolt with the stubby while tightening a nut. Otherwise I don't use mine much.

Although I've shopped at, and patronized TSC since the late 1970's, I long ago learned DO NOT buy from them on line. Virtually every past online experience with them has been abysmal. In my last experience (apparently I'm not a quick study), it took TSC over two months to refund my payment...for an order that was OOS when ordered...despite it showing in stock when ordered. I place TSC's online system below the old, horrid sites of Kmart and Sears.

I posted these a couple weeks ago when they were on sale, but must have gotten the tail end of that sale as it jumped back up in price shortly after. Regardless, bought two sets a couple weeks back, one for me and one for a Christmas present. Gearwrench brand ratcheting wrenches seem to still be solid tools and about the same as I the ones I've had for probably 10 years now. With how often regular stubby wrenches have come in handy I figured I'll get my use out of having ratcheting ones.

Some people like the stubbies, but for me they have been mostly useless, because I usually can't get enough torque due to the short length. I got so little use out of them, I ended up dumping the stubbies into a spare tool box in corner of garage. I'd rather have a larger set of standard length wrenches and lose the filler stubbies (and lose the ratchet function as well).

Anyone know what sizes come with this set? Gearwrench doesn't have this set number on it's site.

It appears to be the exact same set as Gearwrench 39327 sold elsewhere like Home Depot [homedepot.com] for $100 or more. Surprise, Gearwrench doesn't have that set number (or any 32-pc for that matter) on its site either.

Anyone know where to buy just the foam tray to organize these?
I couldn't find any precut that fit my drawer so I bought foam and cut them myself.

Edit: damn I just realized how much this stuff has shot up in price. Was $15 when I bought in 2019...over $30 now.

Anybody know of a good roll up pouch for these 32-34 piece sets?
I can see the the value in a roll up pouch, but I prefer this wrench tower, even though it takes up a bit more space

Ernst Manufacturing - 5224 Wrench Tool Tower, 24 Tool Red https://a.co/d/6OPelJj

These are also probably just as useful since you can carry them and lay them down:

Ernst Manufacturing 5089 Gripper Wrench Organizer, 15 Tool, Black https://a.co/d/axRUJGc

They make a few variations for stubby wrenches too.

I just like the tower because I get every wrench I have, can bring it easily to the backyard or my car, and easily bring them to friend's houses when I'm helping them out

I have all 3 sizes, and I carry the smallest on my at work all day. It gets in and does the job right away, no lugging a toolbox around, and handles 3/4" conduit fittings. However, they don't replace wrenches, you will still need them, and stuff that's really torqued well you can wear on the fasteners a bit especially over time.

What sizes are those? Do they mark up the fasteners like channel locks do?

I really would like it if the knipex wrenches could replace my wrench set. It'd save so much weight and space in my toolbox.

There is a sale at TSC for flexhead set!
