Best Buy [bestbuy.com] has the 4x Color A19 75W starter kit on sale for $149.99 marked down from $199.99. Not a great deal on its own, but they now include a free $60 Best Buy gift card, which makes this deal screaming hot.
These 4 bulbs alone were a Front Page Deal at $99.97. If you value the gift card at par, this is only $89.99, but there's more.
This is the starter kit so it also includes the Hue Smart Bridge, which goes for $45-$60 though was recently available for as low as $36. If you already have a hub, you can flip it on ebay for $20-30, bringing the cost per bulb down to the $15-20 range, which is a bargain for Hue.

On another note, perfect for someone who can get rid of the hub easily and then buy something else to stack for Amex $25 off/$250 offer.

I've sold a handful of the Hue Bridges and found them to be an easy sell locally (OfferUp), usually not lasting more than a few hours at the right price.
Aside from that, selling on ebay is also very quick and easy, assuming you have packing materials available. It should only take an hour if you're planning to mail it from a post office and buying the materials there

To add to this, I usually find a similar listing and click on the "Sell one like this" button on eBay mobile. It prefills everything and then you just need to add your own pictures and your custom description and that's it.

I haven't used those bulbs but Hue bulbs are fantastic and very reliable.

Personally for me "White" bulbs/strips = GE Reveal or equivalent. "Color" bulbs/strips = Hue. Look for something with a CRI rating of 90+ and you can't go wrong. https://www.flexfireled
