These are super cheap quality. The ice scraper side broke literally the first time I tried to use it on a windshield, the plastic broke in two.

I love mine; had it for the last two years and have had no issues here in the Northeast I tap the body area with the foam side and get most of the snow off on the hood and don't have to worry about scraping the paint; not that I'm trying to keep my 9 year old car immaculate either.

There's one thing that I found that's annoying is the telescoping area can freeze so either keep it extended or put some sort of lube if you need to collapse it often.

If your area gets heavy wet snow, I definitely would look elsewhere. We get a lot of powder in our area so it's perfect.

Expensive. Probably costs the company next to nothing to make this plastic junk

I have an orange snow broom that's super solid, not sure where I bought it from. Funny when I search for this on google no images show up. Replace with a wooden screw in broom handle and you gold.

Edit: search for sno-rake mfg by shuttsco
I've owned both, the expandable pole will bend and break, and you need a bit of effort to cut in and pull or push, recommend a wooden pole replacement. Literally can clean 12" of snow off a car in a minute. Car dealerships uses these.

This is cool but just get the cover that u put over your windshield. Allows u just to fling off all the snow in a second and be on your way.

Different uses. The windshield covers are great, but the "broom" portion of this is awesome at clearing off large volumes of accumulated snow off the top and sides of the car. Works best in tandem with a windshield cover.

Agree with the earlier comment that the scraper portion of this is useless, though.

I have two of these and I really like them. A bit flimsy, but inexpensive and hold really well for few years.

I haven't used plastic in years! I just use my metal shovel and nothing has happened to the shovel! Removed the paint too Smilie

Just bought 2 of these at $12 each so I'll send them back and save some money. Good timing! Thanks!

Are you looking to clean off snow from your car in minutes well this item right here will do the trick, dont waste your time with a brush when there is a foot of snow on your car. I have 3 of these and its the only thing I use for a quick clean up. 100% worth the money

what about the roof, tailgate and hood? you know in most states its against the law to not fully clean off your vehicle and you risk injury to other drivers
