Did you try to make a claim?
I had a pair of Calphalon Classic skillets that BBBY used to sell for about $40. The larger pan warped after about a year and the company wanted me to pay an estimated $30 shipping. I couldn't do it. At $40, they're alright skillets but they're not worth $70.
