Picked this up exactly a year ago for around $12. It works well. It is not RGBW, so the white is blueish, but the other colors are decent. The motion detector works flawlessly... actually better than I though it would.

You probably could but it would require you to do some soldering to connect the strips together and on top of that upgrade the power supply to support the higher load. Not really something that is plug and play.

you can buy the cheap rgb strip kits (ps and remote 24/48 key) and motion sensor on ebay.

Would these be good on stairs? Like to light up when approaching the stairs then turn off right after exiting the stairs.
Yes they show this usecase on a photo on the product page itself.

See the 6th picture on the Walmart page.

Does the motion sensor get activated during the daytime (or when it is bright) as well? Or is it smart enough that it doesn't try to light up when it's not dark? Thanks!

I'm going to try to use these in my 2 pantries that has a plug deep inside. It's so hard to see what's in the back - hopefully the motion of the door will work. If not, no big loss and I'll find another use for them. Thanks for the post!

They sell connectors on Amazon, no need to solder anything, don't listen to that other commentor.
You are correct that connectors are available that do not require soldering. However, the other commenter is correct that you may need to purchase a larger power supply depending on the additional power draw needed to power the additional length of lights.

For small areas I've been using Wyze Nightlites. Rechargable so no need to have a plug nearby. Charge lasts a couple months. I use two in bedroom closet, and a few in the hallway. Muktiples can be linked to turn on at the same time.
I'd jump on this deal if it didn't need to plug in. Just not enough outlets where I'd use it.
Good price, although you can get a smart capable one for similar cost like what I use at my kitchen counter.

6.99 shipping kills the deal for me, no store pick up. I already used up my free walmart + perviously.

Good to know, wish it was a dedicated white as I don't need RGB but still tempting at this price. I bought a 3000k white motion sensor strip this length on Amazon recently and it was over $20. Probably a good purchase if you want color or ok with the blue-ish RGB white.

What are people using for under cabinet light strips where you have large gaps in between cabinet runs? Is there some sort of wireless led strips that run from a hub you plug in somewhere? Just looking for some help on how to run
