If I've had a Citizens account am I eligible? No idea.
I had an HSBC account that was transferred to Citizens at the beginning of this year so I may or may not be eligible. Not going to risk it, even though it sounds like an easy bonus to get.

I use a spreadsheet. You really do need to be organized to take advantage of these and not miss some detail and miss the bonus or get charged a fee.
I DO use a spreadsheet to keep track of bills, bank accounts, etc.. I have 82 credit cards, lol. My bank accounts are listed but I never kept track of when I opened or closed them. I'll have to add a new column I guess. :/
