Add a 2.5 SATA SSD if there's no additional nvme slots. Games are huge so more is better and most don't really benefit from nvme speed. Just make sure the OS is on the nvme and it doesn't get too filled
Thank you, that link had a ton of information. I'm hoping this would be sufficient to upgrade my son's gaming laptop. His current Drive is only 256mb and out of space. I either replace his NVME drive altogether, or leave the smaller one as the boot drive and add a 2.5 in SATA drive. I can't decide.

Thanks for the link. In the comments at the end of the review some people are saying that they bought this drive and it has QLC. Kingston is one of the companies that is known to switch out drive components and not tell anyone.
