LCD is a display technology (what is used to show you the picture). LED is one of the technologies that are used to provide the backlight to make that picture on the LCD usable. This monitor is using LED as its backlight technology: https://www.acer.com/si-en/monito....HB6EE.C05

According to the reviews, it's also an IPS panel. Pretty good monitor with good image quality, just a bit dated. Snagged one for 134.99 out of the door. Thank you.

Well, in for one since I missed the recent Dell qhd deal. It's for work at home setup anyway so I don't need great specs. We'll see how it goes.

The stock photo in this listing looks like an updated version with much thinner bezels. The amazon listing for this model has the older thicker bezel stock photo.

Didn't know lcd still was a thing since everyone has led now. Any idea if that's a big deal or not?

Yeah what's going on..... Are we getting the nice thin bezels? Then when you scroll down it shows an HP monitor. Anyone know their dead pixel policy and returns?

I know it's an entirely different company now from many years ago, but I wouldn't touch TigerDirect if you were paying me to take the product.
