I ordered it 2-3 days ago. It's a bit of a bummer, because I was more excited for this than I usually am for stuff I order.
It's also surprising. I can't remember the last time I had a company fail to deliver on an advertised holiday deal like this. I've had price mistakes and similar longshot deals that didn't ship, but it's probably been 10+ years since I've ordered a regular old "in stock", advertised holiday deal and not (eventually) gotten it.

Dang. That is terrible. I'm sorry that you got a cancelation. I received an email saying that it shipped.
One USB-C cable from the laptop provides the Video and audio signals to the display, provides a data connection between the built in USB-3 hup as well as power to the laptop. Granted the power to the laptop is lower than the laptop need for full use, so it just slows down the discharge. I haven't checked whether it still provides power to charge the laptop when both the laptop and monitor are off.
The volume on the built-in audio is a little low, but it also has an audio out, which I have hooked up to a sound bar and it works great.
Works like a dock, in that one USB-C cable allows for everything I need: Video, Audio, Wireless Mouse/Keyboard, USB DVD RW drive.
Mine was Manufactured in November 2021, so it isn't really old stock.
I respect that they waited three days after I ordered, until the $200 4K Samsung from Amazon that I was considering was no longer available, before they told me my order was cancelled. It would've been a damn shame if I had known it was cancelled three days earlier so that I could've bought one of those while they were still available.
Long story short, I definitely trust TD Business for my business needs. Big thumbs up!
Edit: Somewhat in TD's defense (I guess), I see now that they did actually email me the explanation for why it was cancelled prior to my asking. I didn't see that email originally, because it didn't come from their automated order update address. Thus, I asked their support about it. It still seems really strange to me that a business-oriented seller that advertises that they're "pretty speedy" about processing orders would sit on a cancelled order for three days. It also seems weird that they don't actually have a comparable alternative for a mostly standard business-class 1440p display.
