One thing that really annoys me about Chipotle, is the fact that you can only add one gift card to your account at a time. If you have $1 in there, then you have to spend it first, before adding more money. They must have some real useless tech workers, in there 80's, who can't figure it out.
At my local chipotle, 50% of the times they forget to add my chips to the order, or something else is missing. Many months ago I contacted customer service and they refunded for chips/salsa, but this happens a lot more now and I always forget to contact them for small things. Are these people overworked or is it normal at other locations too?
maybe a training issue for that store? at the end of the day, the job doesnt require skills but still needs some effort so things like that dont happen. it sucks that 50% of the times they forgot and probably more than just 1 customer.

We had a similar experience recently. Went through the "Chipotlane", sat in line for a long time (maybe over a half hour, if I recall) to get up to the window, then sat at the window for about 10 minutes waiting for our food (our order (placed in advance) was not very large - I think maybe 5 or 6 items). When we got home, the kids' meals had empty tortillas instead of quesadillas. Tried calling the restaurant, it rang for a few minutes with no answer. Chatted with corporate on the website, and they gave us a refund for the kids' meals. Unfortunately, that didn't fix the inconvenience caused, but better than nothing, I guess. On top of all that, the food quality was only mediocre. Not bad, but I'd say only somewhat better than what I'd expect from a Taco Bell.
This is a great deal! But unfortunately, my local joints wrapped me a fist size burrito on my last 3 deliveries, so i no longer get chipotles. Hope others have better experience lately.
It's fine if they are paying a living wage. Are they actually doing that or pocketing the extra?
Chipotle pays pretty well considering you don't need any qualifications besides the willingness to work. Living wage isn't a requirement since we live in a capitalistic society where the pay is based on supply and demand.

Unless you live in Seattle. Then they make it mandatory by law.

Nothing wrong with pocketing any profit is there? I guess your employer just pays you to cover all your basic needs and that's it? Some people don't understand how money and society works.

A lunch that used to be $10 now costs $15.
A large soda now costs $3.20 which is insane.
I guess they have to pay the living wages somehow.
