Wow that worked! I will rep. you. In case the SD link above doesn't work, after you login as SmartSeed says, copy and paste this URL in your browser. https://tps.fidelity.com/tps-api/v1/redirect-to/turbo-tax-cd?fidelityContextCode=oltx
Then I logged into Intuit. It showed up as $105, but I did the trick someone else suggested to add a random Intuit product to the cart, then delete it. Then I was able to check out for $5.41 (tax in TX).
i got so many messages about this. let me answer you all here once in for all. you need to go the beta view to see the offer.
I have the premier offer under the beta view, but when I click to the turbotax website it still gives me only $20 off, even though fidelity says premier for free w/ state. Called Fidelity, they know about the issue and said to wait until the new year as they are working on the problem.

I already had an account so I don't know if you _need_ to, but one of the benefits is that the license key gets stored with your account. Makes it easier to install an older version if you need to at some point.
Did you log into your account before you made purchase?
For those who got the offer, how much money do you have in your accounts and do you trade a lot? I have more than $2m there and they never give it to me. I am wondering why? I don't trade a lot. Does it explain?

I wonder if one installs the software on two different computer, each with a different state. Than use a NAS to hold the data file. Wonder if that will work.

2 million dollars and you're here in Slickdeals? GTFO here!

They told me either 500 trades or 1 mil to qualify.
I qualified for the free Premier Edition but I do not see where I can download the software for $5. Been clicking all through the links that said to go through there to see the download version but I am not seeing it.
Anyone who purchased the download version for $5, did you need to first create an Intuit account online first or log into your account first if you have one already? I don't have an Intuit account at this moment, but I got 'Oops, we hit a snag/got an error. Please try again later!.' message when trying to make the purchase. I am not sure if it has anything to do with me not having an Intuit account.
I did not have an Intuit account; created one at the final step of checkout. I also got that oops Error and waited for few seconds and without me doing anything error message disappeared and the checkout page continued.

I don't have that much but received it last year for free. I was pretty active in '21 with some smarter trades in the end of '21 that I've been holding ever since. Meant I wasn't very active in '22 and that seems to have triggered me not getting it this year that or because I grabbed 5+ keys for friends and family last year lol but I doubt they tracked that.
