Wow that worked! I will rep. you. In case the SD link above doesn't work, after you login as SmartSeed says, copy and paste this URL in your browser. https://tps.fidelity.com/tps-api/v1/redirect-to/turbo-tax-cd?fidelityContextCode=oltx
Then I logged into Intuit. It showed up as $105, but I did the trick someone else suggested to add a random Intuit product to the cart, then delete it. Then I was able to check out for $5.41 (tax in TX).
i got so many messages about this. let me answer you all here once in for all. you need to go the beta view to see the offer.
I have the premier offer under the beta view, but when I click to the turbotax website it still gives me only $20 off, even though fidelity says premier for free w/ state. Called Fidelity, they know about the issue and said to wait until the new year as they are working on the problem.

I wonder if you wait til later, they'll change the download to free as well.
I have been exchanging emails with someone in the Private Client group, and they indicated that the $5 price is correct. I suspect it's to combat people who "bought" several copies to distribute/resell.

As posted earlier, I get this free TurboTax every year. So I reached out to Fidelity via chat who directed me to call the customer service number. I only called to inquire if some qualifications changed (not to complain). Spoke to a nice gentleman (Fidelity always have nice customer service) and he did go out of his way to check my account and qualifications. He did confirm that I do qualify (one of the qualification is over $500K in retirement account, over $250K in non retirement account) and he did say there are many other factors that allows you to qualify.
Apparently, Fidelity has not fully rolled out this offer to everyone so most, including me, should be showing up in the portfolio page by next week.
I did check last year and free TurboTax was rolled out by now so looks like they are about a week behind this year.
Be patient and check next week to see if it popped in your account.
BTW, I did believe him but I also understand everyone is getting different info from Fidelity in terms of qualifications. Will see how this goes.

Make sure you are using the Beta view. I thought I was going to have to wait, but I switched to the Beta view and it showed up.

I have the $20 off. So.. $54for TurboTax Premier.. am I going to see cheaper then that or should I bite?A
As others have mentioned, there's the good Amazon deal that comes after Christmas. And note, the one offered right now via Fidelity and the $20 off does not include a free state, so that makes the Amazon deal even better.

Was told the $1,000,000 in non retirement accounts was required for free TT download.
