Look Under Portfolio Summary Page in Beta View (toggle switch at top right) and If you Are eligible for offer, click "Get TurboTax Online Premier free"
Members are reporting that the offer is found by scrolling down to bottom of summary page
Alternatively, you may have an offer to purchase the CD/Download version for $5

For select Fidelity customers, Turbotax Premier is free (typically $69).
Go to your Accounts Summary page. If eligible, you will see a box titled "Get TurboTax Premier free" on the right side towards the bottom of the page with a link to TurboTax
Download version of TurboTax Premier is also available for $5.
Follow the Fidelity link to get to TurboTax website. At the top of the screen there is a drop down menu under 'Do it Yourself' >> "Doing your taxes with a CD/Download" and you should be able to see the download option for Premier.

Wow that worked! I will rep. you. In case the SD link above doesn't work, after you login as SmartSeed says, copy and paste this URL in your browser. https://tps.fidelity.com/tps-api/v1/redirect-to/turbo-tax-cd?fidelityContextCode=oltx
Then I logged into Intuit. It showed up as $105, but I did the trick someone else suggested to add a random Intuit product to the cart, then delete it. Then I was able to check out for $5.41 (tax in TX).
i got so many messages about this. let me answer you all here once in for all. you need to go the beta view to see the offer.
I have the premier offer under the beta view, but when I click to the turbotax website it still gives me only $20 off, even though fidelity says premier for free w/ state. Called Fidelity, they know about the issue and said to wait until the new year as they are working on the problem.

Could you please explain what you did with the state? Are you going to use the online version together with the download version?
Keeping the online mostly as a backup, but I might elect to use it for the free e-file, since you have to pay to e-file a state on the download. I'm going to go through all the forms and imports on the download, and depending on how I feel copy it over to the online.
The Fidelity page that has the two large buttons for $0/$5 online / download versions has the following verbiage: "As a valued client of Fidelity, you are eligible to file your federal and state taxes at no cost using TurboTax Premier Online, or for $5 using TurboTax Premier desktop download".
Doesn't this imply that one can file the state version for free, unlike in past years using either the online or download versions?
This is a slick deal, especially if the chase cashback offers worked.
$5 for Premier download; -$5 chase cashback offer (now, thinking about it I should have used a 3rd card that also had a $10 cashback offer instead of saving it to use on State e-file)
$15 for H&B upgrade; -$10 chase cashback offer on a different card
= $5 total
Couldn't find a way to pre-pay for state e-file now, or the price (I think it went up to $25 last year?) but I have an additional cash-back offer on a 3rd card for $10 back that I'll use then.
Of course, I hate myself when thinking about how excited I am that I ONLY have to give Intuit $20 of my hard-earned cash and probably 10 hours of my life to file taxes this year, when other countries like the Faroe Islands can fairly tax their entire population at way less expense and waste... https://www.theatlantic.com/ideas...ca/672401/
My account already has the offer, so I did NOT use the "direct link", but similar method to get the $5 download price.
1. Add the download product at the $105 price.
2. Click "add more products".
3. Add another download product at the $105 price.
4. Total should be $10 for 2 of them.
5. Adjust the quantity as needed.

No difference from previous years.
If you use the online version, states are completely free. If you use the download version, one state software is included, but e-filing is not (unless you're in NY, where it is free, by law) and additional state software is regular price.
There is a way to lock in the free Premier in advance (in case the offer returns). In the online version, you just skip ahead and click "file" along the left, then click continue, and under Step 1, you can "purchase" the free software. You will get an emailed receipt:
ORDER SUMMARY
TurboTax Online Premier 2022 $69.00 $0.00
Subtotal $0.00
Estimated tax $0.00
Order total $0.00

Thanks, I just followed your instructions to 'lock in' the 0 price for online in case the link breaks or price gets messed up in the future. Got email confirmation that the total is 0 so I can take my time to file later
This deal is not expired. The online version has been fixed, but the download isn't charging the correct $5 price, but $105. Intuit is aware of this issue and is working on it.
Check it again. It was showing $69 last night but got corrected to $0/$5 today.
Thank you! I gave up too early and bought downloadable from Amazon.
Even through I haven't downloaded or used yet, Amazon order can't be cancelled for sw download orders

Which is the reason it's still only in the beta view! As others have mentioned there's a workaround.
