Wow that worked! I will rep. you. In case the SD link above doesn't work, after you login as SmartSeed says, copy and paste this URL in your browser. https://tps.fidelity.com/tps-api/v1/redirect-to/turbo-tax-cd?fidelityContextCode=oltx
Then I logged into Intuit. It showed up as $105, but I did the trick someone else suggested to add a random Intuit product to the cart, then delete it. Then I was able to check out for $5.41 (tax in TX).
i got so many messages about this. let me answer you all here once in for all. you need to go the beta view to see the offer.
I have the premier offer under the beta view, but when I click to the turbotax website it still gives me only $20 off, even though fidelity says premier for free w/ state. Called Fidelity, they know about the issue and said to wait until the new year as they are working on the problem.

This is dead. Fidelity is now offering $20 off on TurboTax. I called Fidelity and was told that's the deal they're offering now.
Should you have qualified for the free copy? Do you see the box with the free offer on your Fidelity page? The Fidelity website still has a link to the free offer IF YOU QUALIFY, but it currently isn't free.
The $20 has been there all along, and Fidelity will tell you that's what they have if you do not qualify for the free copy.

What are the qualification criteria? Total account balance or subscribers to
fidelity portfolio management?

This is NOT dead if you qualify for the offer (it says so in a box on your portfolio page at Fidelity). If so, you can call Fidelity and tell them it isn't working; they will offer to reimburse you for the $105 purchase price if you buy it.
But if you aren't a high valued customer, then you only get the $20 off.
Meanwhile, the page at Intuit is still broken and is showing the full price. Yesterday morning it was showing $5 to buy, but adding it to the cart caused it to show as $105, and nothing I tried (adding multiple) made a difference.

Nobody on here knows. I've read through all the comments and there is wide inconsistency on who gets the free offer and who doesn't. I got the offer but don't have every one of the qualifications I've seen posted.

Typically over $500k-$1m in retail accounts (not 401k), Premium Services or Private Client Group in the top right corner when you log in, OR Active Trader Pro. If you have the balances, you usually need to have an assigned Fidelity rep to get the offer, but some get it without one.

What qualifications do you have vs. don't You do not need to have all of them. It's Active Trader Pro or significant balances in "retail" accounts, usually with an assigned Fidelity rep. Not both. There are some cases where people should not qualify but do get it,
We have Premium Services, with a client advisor assigned to us (we self-manage our investments though).
We DO have the link, in Beta view, to our Fidelity Turbotax offer. When I click the link, I'm brought to a landing page that SAYS it has the online version for free or the downloadable version for $5. If I scroll down further, the downloadable version is $105. If I add it to the cart, it's still $105.
I chatted a Fidelity rep and they went away for a bit to call their corporate office or something. They came back and said that the online version is free but it may not reflect it until the end of doing my taxes. The downloadable version is no longer available for the advertised discount, even though the top of the landing page says it's available. I received no offer of reimbursement for a purchase of it.
Just went on the chat, they said link is still being worked on, but rep could be misinformed.
One has to wonder, because at the price currently listed as discounted price, its still more expensive than most other places. If I have to buy it for more than a few bucks, I'll buy from Amazon which still has it at a relatively decent price.

Yea I had to do the add a random product and then delete to get this to work at $5+tax. I also ran into a persistant error trying to check out when it kept rejecting my payment info. I found a tip from someone on the Intuit user forums to try substituting 123 Main Street in for my street address (with my correct city, state and zip) and that did the trick.
