Wow that worked! I will rep. you. In case the SD link above doesn't work, after you login as SmartSeed says, copy and paste this URL in your browser. https://tps.fidelity.com/tps-api/v1/redirect-to/turbo-tax-cd?fidelityContextCode=oltx
Then I logged into Intuit. It showed up as $105, but I did the trick someone else suggested to add a random Intuit product to the cart, then delete it. Then I was able to check out for $5.41 (tax in TX).
i got so many messages about this. let me answer you all here once in for all. you need to go the beta view to see the offer.
I have the premier offer under the beta view, but when I click to the turbotax website it still gives me only $20 off, even though fidelity says premier for free w/ state. Called Fidelity, they know about the issue and said to wait until the new year as they are working on the problem.

I have a silly question: how do I know if I'm getting the discount on Intuit website? Once I log on, it takes me to the steps for filing with Premier 2022. Do I need to finish everything and then know the price?
Someone gave me these instructions and I followed them to 'lock in' the free price when it first came out. Afterwards, I don't have to go through the Fidelity site any more and just filed last week for free.
In the online version, you just skip ahead, accept the agreements. Click "file" along the left, then click continue, and under Step 1, make sure total is 0 and place order "purchase" the free software. You will get an emailed receipt
I'm helping some relatives get this set up in the future, and they are Premium Services but don't have an advisor assigned. Previously they were told they qualified for free TT Premier but since the link didn't show up, they had to submit a receipt for reimbursement. They are hoping to get the link in the future by having an advisor assigned.
So they called to get one assigned and set up an appt for next month but online, it's not reflecting the advisor info. Anyone know how long it takes to show the advisor online? Does it reflect after the first appt?
Update: They told the Advisor they didn't have time to meet so the Advisor agreed to add his name online last month. They just noticed the Free TT link on the Fidelity account today (Beta view on).
So if you think you qualify but don't have an Advisor assigned, contact them to get one added and check back in a month to see if the Free TT link shows up.

Are you seeing the $0 price when you get to the TurboTax site? Do you see the free offer at Fidelity?
I had free, started my return (welcome back) in December, but guess I didn't lock it in. Now that it's done, it wants me to pay $$$.
Pissed...
Actually it's even worse--after clearing some cookies I get the "Get TurboTax® Premier free" offer, but when I click on it and log into my Turbotax account, they want me to pay...
And in the end, I sort of gave up--I used the $5 for Premier and State, downloaded my partial online return, and will finish it on my computer. I hope Congress puts Inuit out of business (no chance that will happen).

Perhaps it would have worked if you created a new account with a new e-mail address. Just a thought. And I agree with you about Intuit, and most of the other companies who make their money from tax prep who fight against tax simplification and lobby for more complicated tax laws instead!
Based on the information in your federal return, it looks like you'll need to file more than one state tax return. Don't worry, we'll walk you step by step through your state returns and get you every tax break you deserve. It's only $39* per state and e-filing is free!
Am I the only one still having a problem with getting the states for free in the online version? Instead of resolving itself, the system is now telling me it's $59 per state (instead of the $39 I saw in January).
ETA: I called Turbotax for one of my kids. They are telling me to pay the $59, then request a refund. Very annoying.
Second Edit: I kept clicking around within the Turbotax account and finally the state fee changed from $59 to $0. So incredibly glitchy!

This might be too late to help you, but I just created a new account for one of my kids, clicked through Fidelity multiple times because it kept wanting to charge $39, even thought it said free on the initial link. I had to click Upgrade within the TurboTax account to change from Deluxe to Premier. It then switched to free and included free state.
